Must I Endure? Poem by Darlington Chukwunyere

Must I Endure?

Rating: 5.0

Must I endure?
Didn’t they say life is meant to be enjoyed?
Why must I be the specimen always?
Why should my stomach bare the offenses always?
Why must the race get rougher only on my own run-way?

I have plenty friends
Yet I don’t have many friends.
I make every one happy
But only a few smile back at me.
Though everywhere is shabby
Every where looks kept from miles…
The fine-from-afar-but-far-from-fine sort of beauty.

Salutation is love
From the heart speaks the mouth.
Halo is lust,
But love is not.
It is rooted in the soul
It weighs more carats than gold.
A heartfelt love cleanses the mind in and out.

Presence feigns much love
Absence reveals uncovers real love
Love is not out of sight, out of mind.
Love is fair weather,
Love is for the worst and the better.
I accept loving, but must I endure?

There's no word of endure except exist because of it stand for meaning..who is here have no pain to swallow? ? at least we have some, who ever here no happy to smile...I guess everyone also shared the same :) ...It doesnt matter how many friends you had, it mean nothing if all see you with no meaning...enough with few but take your to a state of happiness...There's no use you have many friends and they betraying you, even single friend who share you triple joys is powerful to make your day filled with smile...Endure some pain before gain happy stain...You choose and it's your life you color it by your hand :) :) _LIke it..Unwritten Soul
