My Baby Poem by Alice Kwan

My Baby

Soft cheeks, with a dash of pink
Beautiful blue eyes that stare into mine

Thin silky hair, golden like the sunset
Small everything, fragile

All mine, All mine
Would never give a second

Would never waste one time.
Kisses and hugs, and a whole lot of love

Craddling my baby as she laughs
Music in my ears, as the angels sing

Quickly though the image fades away
Leaving me empty and lonely

Crack, my heart breaks
my baby, my baby where did you go?

Sighing sorrowful, i return to reality
As the cold darkness closes over me

And the only paining comfort that comes to mind
is My Baby...
