Lilac Wine

My Broken Heaven

Destroyed in one moment that no one can fix
No mending the tears no healing the broken heart
No love to come only love gone astray
My broken heaven

Lost forever no going back
The lies you told
The hurt you caused
Let me close the windows and draw the shades
Let me close my eyes and sleep forever
My broken heaven

I don’t want to go back to your reality
A dream filled with darkness
No sun no moon to light the way
No days no nights to love away
My broken heaven

Stolen years that passed like sands to the wind
Too late to forget too much to forgive
You are no more my loving angel
For this living hell has made a home
My broken heaven

Show much emotion in the poem and the poem also deals with the deprivation which afflicts sometimes not we get what we want, especially the loss of beloved (Report) Reply

Lilac, the poem is very sad and my arms want to reach out to you and give you a hug, a Big Hug. Trust in any relationship is something we give so readily. When that trust is broken it hurts and we blame ourselves. We shouldn't, we never broke the trust someone else did. As my friend Andy said we must ride out the bad times because we become stronger for it. So hang on. You have friends that will support you and you can count me in there.

it sure hurts and pain when the person u love and trust so much hurts u.....but remmber onething.....if u really love ur man, forgive him, today and thys pain u can still once ur paths are lost thn there is no return........and tht sure leads to an unmenable shattered past...with years of pain, sorrows and untold sufferings, much more than wht u are facing today.....the best way is to forgiv, relax, gv tym, pray to allah and be patient.......ur man will be bak...the same gud man u loved....and tht is y allah made they are forgiving, loving and persevering........there is nothing worse than a broken relationship, trust and love can be regained, , , , , , , keep my wrdz....atleast gv it 100 more men are be patient....allz going to be well very soon, pray, pray and pray. Some times Lilac, life brings you heartache and pain, we must ride these bad times and emerge stronger again, but trust and love lost are the heardest pains... andy xxx (Report) Reply
