My Cherished Belief! Poem by Denis Martindale

For God so loved the world He gave
His one and only Son,
Who died and yet now lives to save,
Because the battle's won...
I won't depart from God's true grace
In Jesus Christ alone
That helped me see my Saviour's face
As He sits by God's Throne...
No other name can prove enough
To save my soul from sin,
So my cherished belief I love,
That's why I won't give in!
