my dark and drowned memories
control me through the night
i am so stiff in this box
i havent left my site

crawled to my pillow
crawled to my sheets
cried a rainstorm
this emotion repeats

my dark and drowned memories
act as a cover over me
not letting anyone in
so no one see
beside me there is no one
who i can see
there is no one i can hold
these memories keep me from being free
