My Dream Poem by Fire Flies

“i close my eyes there is the first time i've seen you in a while. i miss you. i wish you were here with me. why did you leave. i wish i could rewind so you were still alive. you were my world. now they took you and my world away they are going to pay.” i awoke from my dream after a gunshot. so i thought i awoke. i was looking down on my “sleeping” body. thats when i realized that gun shot was at me. they killed me. i fell on my knees and started sobbing. then out of no where two arms helped me up i thought for a second. i turned around there was my heart, my world, my man. there standing in front of me telling me that he loves me still. this was the dream i have always wanted. now that i have it i can't ever awake from it.
