My Everything Poem by Joshua Miller

My Everything

My sun, my moon and my stars, all senses rolled into one, my everything

On a path of fate written before our time, destiny carved in the flesh of the soul
Manipulating the pieces to fit the form, the puzzle almost complete, a life reborn
Come into me, lie here quiet and out of sight, forgetting the world as we melt into one
We study and learn, today the partner we honor and share

Let me love you into the night, in the morning still
Like a gentle breeze upon your face, my fingers flow across pale skin
Tingling and shivers, twitching and shake, a slow exhale, and then intake
Carry me away on wings of white, take my love and give it flight

Surrender every part and I will make you whole
Take my heart and lead me in, thrusting deeper then rising again
Grab me with force then hold me tender
Like a raging fire whipped by the wind your hands dance across my heart

Take me my love and pull me close, smooth all the rough edges of my heart
Here I am you and you that is me, I give you my all what else can we be
Come home and see this love so fair, wherever you are I will always be there
Awaken my heart, unlock its chains, for it is only you who holds the key
