My High Priest Poem by Richard Merrell

My high priest is messiah Yeshua
He sits at God's right hand,
The one and only mediator
Between God and fallen man.
Satan is there too
The accuser before two thrones,
Slandering all the saints
Those who Yeshua owns.
But messiah the mediator
Interceeds for you and me;
Drowns Satan's accusations
In his blood, the new Red Sea.
The old Red sea was water
Between bondage and release
The new Red sea the blood of Yeshua
Between fear and God's peace.
And all the sin I have
That does rage against God's will;
Drowns in the Sea of PRECIOUS BLOOD
As Yeshua commands, 'peace, be still.'
