My Little Black Book Poem by SAS Marshall

My Little Black Book

Rating: 5.0

I have a little black book
It's kind of my best friend
I tell it all my stories
And it stays until the end

I have a little black book
It's never mean it's always kind
You see this little black book
is the blueprint of my mind

I have a little black book
That follows me around
And when I'm falling it knows the trick
To keep me off the ground

I have a little black book
Which was my light when it got dark
It kept me warm with help of ink
When i was crying in the park

I have a little black book
That found me when I was lost
It holds my dreams and keeps them safe
By means of any cost

Without this little black book
I'd keep it all inside
It's truly been a friend to me
And together we will stay across land that's far and wide.
