My Lonely Heart Poem by Mary Joy Ardimer

My Lonely Heart

Rating: 4.5

The time is turning dawn,
And the day still groan.
Nobody knows my life is ruin
I almost lost everything.

I found my self in a lonely place
Crying and I had mad face
Needing more and great space,
So that I can find my self

My lonely heart still searching
My eyes hurt from crying
My heart aches from trying
Bu at the end, I'm still in pain.

You can definitely feel the emotion come right off the page. The angst, the confusion, the why-me.

The secret of surviving tribulations is in taking everything in stride, patience, and faith. FAITH KEEPS THOSE THAT KEEP THE FAITH - Mother Teresa. It's a lovely poem, well articulated and nicely penned from the heart. Thanks for sharing and do keep it up. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
