My love is like a burning fire,
My love is an unchanging flame
That will keep you warm and satisfied,
And will always remain the same

My love is like a waterfall,
Spilling over the walls of my heart,
Flowing like an elixir of joy,
Forever yours..... right from the start

My love is like a forest of dreams,
With trees of incredible height,
Towering over you with tenderness,
Branches braided with darkness and light

My love is like a holy temple
Where God has placed His throne;
Before Him I kneel to pledge my love
To you, my darling, you alone

My love is like a beam of light,
Across galaxies it could stream;
Close your eyes and imagine its glow.....
Now open them - it's not a dream!

My love is all truth, there are no lies,
In this declaration rests the glory;
Take my love, let your soul rejoice,
Or.... let earth hear its saddest story!
