My Love's Song Poem by Rebecca Maiese

My Love's Song

The hands that hold so much
So much the world that we know has to offer
Including the days that are to be always remembered as awful
But you held them all together with a gentle touch
Still the good remains within and all that you clutch
I yearn to hold your hand and you touch my figure
Amazing man of God full of vigor
I was waiting for an answer

Love, may I please
Captivate you as you have done already done to me
Champion of the heart of God and the one I desire as my own taste
So much I want to offer you in the presence of my everlasting grace
But tonight the most honorable man that I know I will say
I adore you now and in heaven to come
With all that it bestows with this my love's song
