My luck
In the desert my roullete ball landed on black
In a gasp of my breath I almost lost it all
Over the table I fell
This time I bet over my head not with it
Did not need a code
To tell that my luck had run out
Got the shock of my life
when I got a second chance
Sleep was a comp
I gladly accepted
For trying to catch my breath was a chore
And being in distress caused me to lose all paitents
Did not see the neon lights those 4 days
just the devil in slow motion
And a sunrise in the desert
I guess I did not cash my vocher after all
In the city of sin
