My Merry Lark Poem by Josey Alfred

My Merry Lark

My merry lark

I have a lark, merry my wife
She stirs up sparks in all my life
And she takes care of our needs of life
What else I need from sweet my wife.

She has a soul with sparkling light
Her eyes shine with soothing delight
And foster love to enforce faith
And restore love to feel true mirth.

She takes care of our children’s life
She guide and teach, manners of life
She is an expert cook, and sustain life
And pray for all, to lead honest life.

As usual I am late, Thank you for your complement, I love and adore her for she is much more than my pen can really write. She is Godfearing firm in her faith, and has an aptitude to do the right things. All the three children of ours are leading good and satisfiying family life and we have rapport among the whole family. We thank God Almighty for all his blessing.

I must say that you are a lucky husband and your wife even luckier! If the husband has such a high opinion about his wife, she must be a jewel. To acknowledge her worth is a great gesture from your part! Usually men are stingy in giving compliments to their wives! Enjoyed the poem!
