My Mind Has Gone Poem by something changing

i do believe
my mind has gone
my head is empty
it feels quite wrong

but then again
i may not be right
for my brain is gone
it has left from sight

i can't quite think
my thoughts aren't quite there
no they're not there at all
it's merely just hair

it is a sad day indeed
for my brain just up and went
but i can't feel that emotion
my brain controlled that didn't it?

so i say this my friend
keep a tight hold on your head
for your mind might leave you too
