My Mother Poem by Divit Pratap Singh

My Mother

My mother gave birth to me
Stood with me when I need
Aided my wounded knee
Showed the way to be on a lead

I was the plant and she was the seed
Made all my wrong doings remove like a weed
When I cried, she wasn’t glad
But there was no one when she was sad

She wake up early in the morning
Gave a punishment after every warning
Showed the path to the right
And gave the platform with a great height

Every day she cooked the sweetest dishes
Helped me in fulfilling all my wishes
O my mother you are a wonder
Made my paths clear that were full of storms and thunder
