If you are reading this
Then I have met my end
So to all my fans
And all my friends

I thank you
For the times we shared
Your encouragement
Showed me you really cared

And to my family
I will miss you
Stay strong together
To each be true

To my boys
I see me in each of you
I will be above
Watching over you

I will live on in memory
Through those inspired by my poetry
In my children and those I love
As I ascend to the heavens above

I leave you with this final poem
I am not gone just going home
