Christ my strength and my refuge
How foolish I'd be to turn away and refuse
The blessings you have for me and my life
My beautiful son and wonderful wife
I know you'll be there through thick and thin
You presence Lord I'll strive to stay in
Keep me Lord in your grace
And help me to triumph in this life long race
To fight the devil and his evil schemes
And not to follow worldly things
To be an example to young and old
Never to think myself to bold
I'll put you first in all I do
And all my days I'll follow you
