My Previous Life Poem by David Blair

My Previous Life

Under hypnosis
I described
my previous life.

When I was
brought out
I got the details.

'You had fabulous
wings. You were
a splendid specimen.

You were desired
by many females
in your swarm.'

The expert smiled.
'You were a gnat...
A Scottish midge.'
