I look into your eyes
You look back at me
I feel understood
You set me free

We're off to new adventures
I'll wait for your return
I know this phase of our life's important
Your love is something I'm willing to earn

If you find a better match
Or if I fall for a different man
In my heart I know
that's not in my plans

We say no traditional societal roles
I sincerely value my right's as a girl
Still, I absolutely love it
when you are in control

My mind is dirty
Yet most say I'm sweet
The world may never know me
But you make my heart beat

Talking to you was as great as food
You put me in a good mood
Our conversations were never long
A lot of silent communication was involved
You gave away a lot in your songs

I'm scared that I'm wrong
That I'm not the one you desire
What if too much time has passed?
You are the one I admire
