...My Story... Poem by Deyanira Yari Rodriguez

because she hides it everyday,
no one ever would've thought,

the smile plastered on her face,
like a beatiful drawing,
that's painted on a vase,
she's tucked away old fantasies,
knowing they'll grow mold,
she has buried them deep,
just so they won't get cold,
she has accepted her life,
although its full of sorrow,
she'll put her fears on lock,
and my smile is what she'll borrow,
that is until,
she has closed her doors,
there,
I've told my story,
now let's hear yours, ...
