My strength was all you
You gave me a safe place
You turned your eyes
On me that day
So when did they become
Hard and cold

Wrapped your arms around me
So sweet and warm

The day you hurt me
The most

The day you hit me
Is the day the end started for me
The day i let you control
What i said & did
Was the day the end started for me

My safe haven was no longer
The day you left the bruise on my arm
To prove to the world you were a monster
You took my control, my self esteem to an all
Time low did you ever love me at all

You went from a warm touch
To a cold slap on my face
You changed and i stayed the same

Always trying to please
Never quite getting there

You hurt me so bad
Cant stand the sight
I cringe every time
He comes near

Look what you've done to me
Dear

Good bye forever
This is the end for me
Good bye sweet soft skin,
Good bye warm touch.
Goodbye warm sunshine,
That i used to love so much.
