My Time Has Come Poem by Joann Carrano Passmore

My Time Has Come

Rating: 0.5

You carried me for nine months until I was born
But something terrible happen, something went wrong
I was called back to heaven from where I came
It was not your fault there was no one to blame

God had other plans for me
He had other things for me to see
So do not be sad my dear sweet mother
For one day you will have yet another

A child that you can hold throughout the night
One that will cling to you and hold you tight
A child that you will love with all your heart
One that should have been there from the start

So my mother do not forget me
For I am in heaven and I am free
I sing with the angels as God’s golden rule
And I follow the Bible as my daily tool

So my dear sweet mother until we meet again
I hope my brother and sister will easy your pain
For God know what is for the best
And I know that this is only a test

I shall see you again
I just don’t know when
But dear mother give it some time
And remember you will always be mine
