My Winning Hugs. Poem by mariam khan Farah Abdulahi

My Winning Hugs.

Rating: 5.0

Oh how you have grown
So tall and beautiful
Marsha-Allah
I hug you
I kiss you
You ask me not to
My baby boy
At 11years old you will always be my baby boy
I’ve missed you
I want to hug you
Oh what am I to do
We play football
After every goal
You hug me
We won 10-6
I said you hugged me
You said
That’s different mom
You played the best football ever
Now I know
Play football
Play it well
To win those winning hugs
