Mystery Boy Poem by Amy

Mystery Boy

Rating: 2.1

His jacket over her shoulders,
Holding one another
He only wants to hold her
The perfect couple, the perfect lovers

Staring at his face
Kissing her tears away
Both begin to embrace
Looking no other way

She sees his perfect smile
Standing there so bold
She doesn’t wait a while
His heart the purest gold

He holds her in his arms
Her fingers run through his hair
She knows he’ll do no harm
But she doesn’t even care

He hands her a ruby rose
Feeling ultimate bliss
That’s it, case closed
Or is it?

When suddenly I awake
My dream forever destroyed
My happiness, it takes
Goodbye my mystery boy

My dream becomes a nightmare
Will it one day come true?
I know he’s out there

Will I ever be with you?
