I've never been scared to talk to a boy before
up until now of that I was sure
I asked my friend and she said 'That's Ryan'
you can bet I was lying when she asked 'do you like him? '
No! I replied in a defensive way
but you were in fact cute and the drums you played
You had the sexiest manner of walking
I couldn't stop looking, it felt like I was stalking
Though I was never brave enough to start a real conversation
the one time we talked I went through excitation
It seems we might go to the same school next year
I really wanna talk to you, just wanna make that clear
