Remember the first time you hit?
You were so angry, you nearly missed
but you didn't back down then,
no you just went and took another swing,

Remember the first time you swore
You told me you wouldn't put up it no more
and I remember walking out that door, and
I haven't looked back since.

Well, that was a good 15 years ago,
and I haven; t been hit no more,
I have a nice family and I can
now speak freely
