Never But Ever Poem by Emily Muniz

Never But Ever

\And my biggest fear
Isn’t the killer itself;
Nor the monster under my bed;
It will never but ever be neither the Spiders nor the Rats

Aloneness is my darkened sky
That brings us dreary days and nights
I hold in gods light and beg of him;
To not give me anything just hold me through the night
The nights of nightmares; the nights of sorrow, the nights of sickness or of death
And never but ever leave me

If I ever dream of you away;
The trembling of my heart;
Will say that I;
I never had but ever will
Truly dream of you away.

Leaving me to hope and believes
Carry me through the rest of your ways
Death will come;
Yet life has brought me
You and me
That I will hope my soul will never but ever be left alone
