Never Content! Poem by Robert Kallend

Never Content!

Remember the day that she was born,
The day in which you woke at dawn,
With mind installed upon girl in dreams
The river smattering, rainbow streams.

Flow forever behind eyes of blue,
Looking for something elaborate and new.
The chance to prove you are the one,
Whose love is more than lustful fun.

Look deep inside at the heart as it beats,
And realise how she moves within White sheets.
Drawn to your body from words and concern,
In the end left with nothing than deep red blue burn.

Looking for happiness as you speak to her face,
Behind dark brown eyes, pain, depression an obvious trace.
Hoping that this time the boy be but better
Not another failure who wants her but wetter.
