Never Knowing Poem by Joe Johnson

Never Knowing

I turn the corner and to my surprise I find myself looking at me and it said you need to turn your life around

So just when I think im safe I fin d a robber stelling from an old woman. This world has changed so much since the good old days when you could walk down Main Street without the thought of death cling to you

I turn the corner and to my surprise I find myself looking at me and it said you need to turn your life around

Never knowing and never caring but always looking for the good in this cold old world

Never knowing what mite have been because that was then

Never knowing what to say to thoues that hurt others just for fun

I turn the corner and to my surprise I find myself looking at me and it said you need to turn your life around

A world so old and so cold can changes a person for the best and for the worst

A world so nice and cold need more love to warm up every ones heart.

What ever happened to LAND OF THE FREE? It has been a long time since this land has been free.

Never knowing what new law will bind me to my place

Never knowing what's going to happen next…
