Never Mind Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Never Mind

It is truly said
When laid
On bed
And day is fully read

What have we done full day?
Did some worth while in way?
Was it worth to remember?
What did you offer?

Yes, we passed the day in merry making
Taking tea and smoking
Spent time in joking
Rest of the day went in poking

Needless talk and gossip
Finally prepare ground to whip
This was the schedule to keep
Finally time comes for night to sleep

Many of us
May be living without trust
Keeping good hope
And finally flop

Never mind
The life is of such kind
Rich enjoy and poor suffer
We all curse nice future
