Decided to move on
Never mind the past
Now that I have left it behind
Never mind what it took
To leave it behind at last
On a journey alone
It's a new day, a new way
Never mind the past
Even though it has taken everything
I know
It has no place in my journey home
Back to where I want to be
Never mind what it will take to be
Now though I am all alone
It will never feel it that way
Now that I have left the past behind
I won't look back again.
