Never Worry. Poem by Elorm Dogbo

Never Worry.

Why does the sun rise from the east
And at the west it sets
At dusk behind the hills
Where the wild beast lives
Never worry, oh pauper.

Why did the vulture with the fruit at hand
Still starved itself
To wait for the waste
At the slaughter house
Never worry, oh pauper

At the end of the race,
Did anyone think
That the tortoise would win
The hare by grace
Never worry, oh pauper

Never worry, oh puaper
Today is bad
But for tomorrow,
You would be glad
To see why he made it so.
