Night Time, Fright Time Poem by libby jackson

Night Time, Fright Time

in a dark lonely tree i sit at night
the only thing guideing me
is the sparkeling moon light,
on too the lake it glissens and glows
one day i want to be there but nobody knows

i look to my left
i lash to my right
but there placed on center
was a driffting white light

so as being me
i followed it, i wanted to see
but a little voice spoke so unexpectedly

'child of mine i know what u long...
u long to see the moon?
then travil along! '

i said
'but voice that i speak too
who may you be?
and how will i get there?
and what will is see? '

and this is what i said to me
'young child of mine,
but do u not know?
just open ur mind
and you will find
unlimeted places to go! '
