No body had seen me die
all were there, eyes wide open
but ye didn't even see a hint
I die, and they all had broad smile on face

I lie down dead, lifelessly, defeated
cause love, life and kindness had casted me out,
I, with heart to love was denied
and no body had seen me die
but all were there, eyes wide open.

I, the dead one lie still in the coffin
and now they have something to say,
they have flowers to give
and most of all they have tears to dropp
all cause they had seen me die
and turned a blind eye
