No Flaw
Man is not known by outlook
Or famous man in book
It is observed by people
And how much you sided with them in struggle
Even at home
Harsh attitude is unwelcome
Even wife may stare
The children may never dare
Be strict
But insist
On right approach
That shall make you kind as such
You are supposed to be right
But do not show as if you are on fight
Adopt mild and cautious way
People shall respect and stay
The behavior must speak
It should not make you weak
The show should be all round
No flaw should be found
