school is over
time to get sober
school is done
is it time to run

no more teachers
no more liars
summer is richer
is it time to turn on the fryers

no more teasers
no more crying
theyre not the pleasures
is it time to stop lying

as i am writing
this poem today
youre reciting
some other poem some other day

i know you were hurt
i know you were sad
now that there is blood on your shirt
did you have to go mad

just so you know school is out
please you dont have to worry
you dont have to go shout
in pain but you had to make yourself gory
oh why
