I’m not alone
But I’ve been lonely
I’ve been with lots of company
Yet I feel so empty

I’ve been to places
And met new faces
I’ve made experiences
Yet all them were baseless

I needed someone to share
The deepest emotions that I feel
I longed for someone to listen
My aspirations and dreams

But I have no one to talk to
Someone whom I can turn to
Someone who’ll be there for me
Because they’ve gone far away

Yet I haven’t ceased searching
For someone I can call my friend
A friend who will never come and go
But will always be there for you

Thank you dear God for the answer
Because the search is now over
I know who I can turn to
When I have no one but YOU
