No One Loves You Morethan I Poem by Joy Powell

No One Loves You Morethan I

Not even your own mother
Our love goes deep within our souls
That’s why we understand each other
No wind, nor rain or sleet nor snow
Will take us off course no matter what may blow
No person, place or thing, will ever cross our paths
For ours is strong, we’ll sweep it off our love is here to last
I have seen those jealous, of we have, and try to split apart
What they do not understand ours was destined from the start
The angels watched us both, for many many years
And watched us both struggle through pain, sorrow and tears
They decided we were right for each other, they placed a hand
Over our hearts
Knowing then we would always be one from the very start!
