No Place To Hatch Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

No Place To Hatch

No place to hatch

Birds have migrated
The reasons are clearly stated
Forests have disappeared
Wild animals have not dared

Cities have become concrete jungles
High rise buildings have created hotels
Shopping moles and clubs have come up
There is rise in poverty and clear jump

Those who have no say
They have gone away
Not onyx animals
But birds too now afraid from humans

Hardly some land is left
Only industries are kept
Rivers have been polluted
Air is violently stinted

No trees are left in vicinity
Birds find it risky
They can't hatch eggs
The human race is intoxicated with wine in pegs

No Place To Hatch
