No Return Poem by Gary Revel

No Return

Rating: 5.0

No return
You crossed that bridge
Then the flood came
And washed it away

Washed the roads away too
All the people who lived there
Are dead

You are alive and yet
Dead too
Aren't you

Where are they now
Where are you now

Over the bridge
Over the rainbow
Beyond a time
In which there is no return

You crossed that bridge
The bridge of no return

You'll never know
What might have been

No return

I came down that road
Across that bridge
I will never go back again

No Return
