No Two Are Quite The Same Poem by Francis Duggan

No Two Are Quite The Same

No two at all times see eye to eye
And on everything agree
What is right to her or him
May not seem so right to me.

We all have our own beliefs
And what to me seems quite true
And just and fair and right
May seem all wrong to you.

To those with similar beliefs to ourselves
We always will gravitate
Your family you cannot choose
But you sure can choose your mate.

No two are quite the same
At least not in every way
That's what makes us more interesting
That would be fair to say.

Some have a different God
Some have no God at all
But before all children walk
They have to learn to crawl.

No two are quite the same
Through different eyes we see
Our difference is our strengths
That's how 'twould seem to me.
