Everything near my heart
Has been taken and destroyed
I have nothing left to hold on to
For they have taken everything

Why am I tortured like this?
I did not do anyone wrong
Is this just a cruel way to
Say that you do not love me?

Alone, unloved, and hated
I sit as tears roll down my face
Asking, ” Why does this have to
Happen when everything was fine? ”

As I sit I am overcome
With these terrible thoughts of my life.
No one will notice that I’m gone
For nobody cares about me.
