Nobody's Home Poem by Shannon daffsdffjk

Nobody's Home

The meds no longer work
Shes falling off the edge
No one wants to hear her voice
They ignore her instead

She stumbles and she falls
Knocked down, and she crawls
Cant wait to be alone
Cant stand to be at home

People know her name
They try to block her out
She tends to split the crowd
She screams and she shouts
The truth.

She tries to keep it real
Its hard when you cant feel
The pain and the hurt
Dissapear when she inserts
Her drugs.

She needs a quick escape
She smiles, and its fake
People try to help
But there quickly giving up.
She needs to help herself.
Real soon.

Hold in the smoke
Blow it in there face
They laugh, and they tell
You damn them to hell
To burn.

She gives up being sad.
Decides to get mad
Time to turn her life around
She was lost and now shes found
