Not Alone, In The Journey Of Search Poem by Srita Sri

The birth, the death and the journey of life
seems the same for all
bringing in emotions more than what we can take
the search goes on and on
like a mirage on the hot sand

we carry the burdens through many lives
as we feel connected to many a different minds
in search of the half that got split
often we find the one the soul desires
like mirages we take them too...

the bridge we cross once for all
the one way route leading us to misery
all it offers is to one long wait...
before i see the mother's womb
to continue the search.
