His memories haunt me
To this day
He is not mine
Not anymore

Those days I want to forget,
Yet I cherish them
They can’t be relived
Not anymore

Him I love
Him I want to caress
Him I want to take into my arms
Can’t anymore

He held me by my hand
Showed me dreams
I was lost in the dream world
Not anymore

Earlier I missed you
In the same geographical location
Today miss you as a part of my life
I know you are around
Not holding my hand
My heart sheds tears
But that’s the reality
The mirage is no more

I need to move on
Life moves on
I dared to do it once
Not anymore
