Not Everybody Is Capable Of Closeness Poem by Terence George Craddock (Spectral Images and Images Of Light)

Not Everybody Is Capable Of Closeness

sadly some cannot feel close to anyone
sadly some cannot love another person
sadly some are so afraid of being hurt
sadly some do not care who they hurt
sadly emotional dysfunctions are tragic

it is hard to solve other people's unresolved problems
it is hard to solve our own pressing present problems
it is true female suicide attempts are desperate crys for help
it is true male depression can be sign suicidal dangerous
it is a suicide success rate steeper than female attempts

not all people think reason in complex thought patterns
not all people cross child adult boundaries in calculated thoughts
not all marriages are unions of two hearts compatible deeply in love
not all parents love their children as centre of their entire world
not all people play love calculation games to achieve limited goals
