Not just diamonds and pearls
Make a man great
But it is his modesty of heart
That can make love
Out of all the hate

Not just lands and treasures
Are man’s wealth
But it is his will of welfare
That can make a heaven
On the sorrowful earth

Not just name and fame
Make a man valuable
But it is his desire of service
That can give suffering mankind
A solace appreciable
