Not Looking The Part Poem by Francis Santaquilani

Not Looking The Part

Rating: 5.0

I like being

The Zachary Taylor

Of whatever I endeavor.

But unlike the great general,

'Old Rough and Ready',

Victory to me is secondary

To not looking the part,

Seeing the shocked faces

As I ride into battle after battle

Looking like a toad on horseback.

a daring poem always so when looking deep into your soul with a smile liked the ending strong
