Not So Grandkids Poem by Phil Soar

Not So Grandkids

'Look out! , Look out! ', the children shout
As they come out to play
They fill the place with happiness
And some outlive their stay
For as they seek enjoyment
They sometimes miss the point
That grandad just needs forty winks
To rest his aching joints
